Drove by the site a couple of times today. No dirt being moved yet that I could see, but there's a semi-trailer parked on the lot with "Coming Soon..." signage.

Just a great area already...however, I hope they're planning on a lot of infrastructure improvements on N. Scottsdale Rd. there. It REALLY needs it.

You do realize lots of teams have partnerships with their training centers, right? The Vikings is TCO Performance Center ..TCO stands for Twin Cities Orthopedics.

They’re also forcing all employees to be 100% in-office when the training facility opens, requiring a significant portion of their office staff to add a 45-minute or more commute.

Yeah, I was by there a couple of weeks ago. Really disappointed that NOTHING has started...just a semi-trailer sitting there with a Cardinals logo on it saying "Coming Soon".

My guess is that the site is still progressing through the permitting process.

I just pulled up the City of Phoenix permitting status and they just approved a couple of permits for Storm Water Mgmt and such the last couple of weeks.

I think they have to wait for the Grading permit to be approved first before they can start moving dirt. That permit hasn't been formally issued yet.

The Nike logo on the desert ridge vertical signage is upside down. I only know this from driving to reach 11.
