This is just a prelude to escaping Glendale. I no longer care. They could put the stadium next to Casino Arizona and the marketplace and I am not going until I see a real commitment to the team

real question is if they actually develop the rest of the acreage into mixed use residential and retail.

If that sits as desert for a few years, I would guess they are holding it for a potential new stadium.

Sadly, based on today's press conference, it sounds as though the rest of the site is slated for residential, retail, and office.

Obviously. But the perspective from Michael is that he’s been around a football operation for his entire life; there’s no one more experienced at keeping a franchise running and growing than him.

Like would bringing in Carson Palmer or Kurt Warner in a role like the one the Falcons just gave Matt Ryan really do anything?
