Funny you say that as Staley and Gannon are close friends. Grew up together. Gannon is godfather of Staleys youngest son.

It would be so Cardinalesque for a team to hire both Wilks and Vance to run a defense...and then succeed.
I'm thinking it about Sean Payton too. Where's this great staff he was putting together? It's been 2 weeks and he has a couple of assistant position coaches from the Saints and is interviewing Rex Ryan.

I like Staley as well. Its just he's almost too smart for his own good at times. Although TBF coaches should be allowed to grow.

30+ points given up in the Super Bowl ....
I'll hope for the best, but when any defense gives up 30 points in ANY game they were out coached, out witted, and their defense was a joke to the other teams offensive coordinator.
He's also never been a head coach at ANY level
