Has anyone else heard this rumor?? I think there is a possibility with the recent jersey sale at the teams store in addition to this headline on http://www.azcardinals.com/

The Cards have the Red "Legacy" unis listed in their latest Style Guide file (something Licensees and others have access to), so my guess is that is the source of the teaser.

Black is beautiful but...

It gets pretty hot in AZ and the western US, and black absorbs the heat.

Considering the azcardinals.com 3-photo tease, maybe our 3rd uni will be "sweatshirt gray" (with "property of..." scrawled across the front).

I have a feeling this announcement isnt gonna have that big of effect on anyone.. We'll all prolly just say "oh thats cool" and move on.. Dont dont see how wearing the throwbacks a game or two, or adding a black jersey would be anything amazing.. In fact, I think I'd be a lil pissed if added black jersey.. I cant help but think we would look like the falcons then.. Now maybe if it was a grey jersey scheme might make me raise an eyebrow or two.. Otherwise, Im curious but this is nothing like when we waited for the new jerseys a couple years ago..

the red & black stripe pattern on the pants on the old St. Louis uni's. Always thought that looked cool! I am very curious about the new-look now. THANKS for posting! GO CARDS! But, once again, this is a sign to me that Cardinal mgmt. is much more in-tune w/its' fan-base these days.

All-whites along the lines of those Super Bowl jerseys they were selling would be cool. I think they'd really set themselves apart in the NFC. The only teams really known for all white looks (Colts, Jets, Dolphins) are in the AFC. Also, even though I think the white-out is the roperty of the Winnipeg fans (another topic), it's been pretty popular with Coyotes fans.

Five years ago, when they announced new jerseys, they had some of the players "modeling" them. The website is saying there will be players at the draft party at Majerle's.

I'm thinking FASHION SHOW!!
