This. I remember the calls on this board when Dobbs beat the Cowboys about how Kyler has lost his job and we didn't need him to come back from rehab. EXTEND DOBBS! Same cries before that for McCoy when he had a good game against the Niners. JB today...great game from him so far minus that terrible INT. He's a backup for a reason though

Jacoby looking better than Kyler is not what concerns me cause this will be Kyler’s last season here.
What really concerns me is why the offense looks more efficient this half than it did in the first half when Marv was healthy.

yeah he had coverage and he was afraid to leave it and just gave Jones a huge run
There a bunch of "It's Petzing too, fire them both" people.
I think it's fairly clear today that Petzing or the scheme isn't a problem. Despite some thinking he's pulled out the "Super secret good playbook" today.

The offensive line is clearly playing better as the game goes on. It's always as good as the online.
Sure hasn't looked like it since around the first half of last season.
Find me an objective ranking that has him in the top half of the league right now. The ones I've seen have him in the 20s or Tier 5.

petzing looks like a playcaller today - no mistaking that - brissett's pocket presence validates all of it
