This game so far shows how football savvy ASFN posters are. The knock in the team to date is the lack of a pass rush and Stanton's propensity to throw high and behind receivers. And that is exactly what is hurting the team.

Of course it would help if the WRs would grab some of those wide throws and we weren't on the road playing against one of the greatest QBs of all time.

Would help if they would catch the throws right in their hands also.

Stanton is not a starting QB in this league. He's not going through his progressions and is throwing inaccurate balls.

The chatter about him being the QBoF can die.

We need Palmer

Stanton isn't a quality starter for sure, but his WRs are killing him today.

I agree with you on both points. Not all stantons throws have been perfect but neither have some of Mannings. WRs gotta make plays too

Has HB played today? He's a ghost out there if so.

Blind hate. Stanton is the furthest thing from the problem today.

We have no run game and they're getting pressure with 4 plus about five drops and two on 3rd down.

Agreed. Receivers let team and Stanton down big time in first half.

Not blind hate, it's called analysis.

10-23 passing would suggest Stanton is not playing well at all.

Finally in my hotel room in downtown Chicago - missed most of what's been happening.

And of course, the game's not on here.

It is on Bowles to make the adjustments needed. I doubt he can dial up pressure but we will see.

It will be interesting if he continues to blitz as often. It is a pick your poison dilemma. Death by big play or death by paper cut. I think you have to continue to try and pressure Manning. But it may put our DBs is more bad situations.

Drops by Ginn, Floyd, Fitz, Brown, and Housler sorta. Stanton has made some questionable throws, but only on third downs really. He tries to protect the ball until he needs to move the chains, that's when I see him forcing throws. And he needs to plant his feet when he does throw.

Bowles has to make the changes to make it work

Freaking hilarious... time out called by Denver and Peyton stays on the field because he is obviously coaching the offense lol
