Indiana Fever superstar guard Caitlin Clark told reporters on Tuesday that she's "very hopeful" to be able to play in her team's Wednesday road game against the Los Angeles Sparks.

Clark has missed the last two games with a back injury, making it three on the year where she's been out. However, it sounds like she may return to the court for Wednesday's Sparks game.

The team designated her as "probable" for Wednesday's game, while superstar forward Aliyah Boston is questionable with a right lower leg injury.

Did DeWanna Bonner really leave the Fever in 2025 over Caitlin Clark?

While Clark cast some doubt about playing in Thursday's road Phoenix Mercury game, she sounded more optimistic about playing again on Sunday in Las Vegas against the Aces.

Getting Clark back would obviously be huge for Indiana, who is 3-1 in the team's last four games.

What other game did Clark miss?

She missed a May home game against the Portland Fire.
