I was surprised he got it. (well besides Arians influence)

I thought he sucked here when given chances to call plays.

Hopefully, he learns, but he might just be limited to being a QB coach?

What a bad year for TB.

Lose Arians and get Bowles...such a downgrade. I am not a believer in Bowles as a HC.

Pretty quick fall for Leftwich. Went from being a finalist for the Jags HC job last offseason, to likely going back to QBs coach on a new team.

Bowles was a very good DC, however that 2013-2014 defense was loaded.
CC, DD, Dan Williams, Foote, Dansby, Washington, Abraham, PP, Powers, HB, Rashad Johnson, Tony Jefferson, Frostee Rucker, Cromartie, Okafor

Byron Leftwich was supposed to be a BA protegee as like James Bettcher

I don't know that we can even judge him as a good QB coach, considering he failed to elevate dreck (Rosen) and then didn't have anything to teach the GOAT.

Arians, perhaps to a fault, valued his goal of getting his assistant coaches hired / promoted so highly, that it might've detracted from what should've been his ONLY goal, winning games.

Pretty sure no one could help Rosen.
