The details of the custody deal, which came out today: "Through football season, Matt will fly to L.A. every Monday and spend 24 hours with Cole. On alternate weekends, Brynn will fly with Cole to Arizona the night before Matt's games -- Matt will spend the evening before the game and the day of with his son."

A TMZ "staffer" reports today that Cameron said at the courthouse where the arrangement was settled, "Britney and Paris aren't allowed to be around the baby!"

Marrying just because you're pregnant is no reason to get married. Trust me, I know. If the level of love and commitment needed to sustain a marriage isn't there, then you're not doing the child any favors by putting two people together "forever" when they are destined to make each other miserable. jmho.

Don't you find it amazing how men can eat up all this trash and gossip? Never mind that they may not have the complete facts - my understanding is that Matt had a Holloween party and invited his teammates (heaven forbid that he should do something for them that is fun as a team)...but it is much simpler to jump to conclusions and judgements. Brynn was Matt's college sweetheart of two years, and at one point they made it public that they were very serious, but it really isn't anyone's business why the relationship faultered, it just did. The fact that he seems proud to be a father, regardless of the circumstances, should be somewhat refreshing by NFL standards....his son deserves to know that his father was happy and present at his birth.

Maybe we should just brand him with a scarlet letter....or a public flogging. It is certainly easier than stepping back and *gasp* give someone the benefit of the doubt....or the chance to see if he grows into a decent man and father.
