Just what we need, another injured player taking a long time to come back.

Give him a physical and work him out to see how he looks. If he looks good then sign him. He was a monster coming out of college and has played well when he is healthy. Sounds like the perfect one year prove it deal to me.

Depends who you cut to bring in this injury prospect. We arent hurting at NT.

If Taylor is healthy and I know that's a big if but if he is he would be our best NT easily. Taylor was a real force in the middle. Xavier Williams will be a decent player but he's not going to be the force Taylor would be. Like I said if healthy he could be a nice pickup. We could put Williams on the practice squad.

Taylor was the pick the Browns made when they traded down to let the Falcons select Julio Jones.

That trade ended up being Julio for Taylor, wideout Greg Little, fullback Owen Marecic and quarterback Brandon Weeden. All of the Browns picks are now gone from their roster.

He just can't stay healthy. What happens when he inevitably goes down?

I highly doubt Xavier makes to our practice squad, there is too much good tape on him. BA has said that he is playing like a 4th rd pick, not a UDFA.

Why would the Browns cut him if he was healthy and playing well?

On a similar note, how's Washington feeling about the trade that netted them RGIII?

As bad as St Louis; who in the end, got very little of consequence in return.

I'm being lazy and not doing any research but didn't Fisher have all the players they acquired via the RG3 trade out for the coin flip when they last played Washington?

Doesn't sound like "very little" to me.

They did better than Washington.

Rams send out RGIII trade haul for coin toss vs. Redskins. For the pregame coin toss against the Redskins, the Rams sent out the six players acquired as a result of the Robert Griffin III trade: Greg Robinson, Janoris Jenkins, Michael Brockers, Alec Ogletree, Zac Stacy and Stedman Bailey.

Thanks for the research. So yes the Rams did do better than Washington and I would say substantially.
