It sure looks like Ronald Acuna Jr. is back to his all-world self and that is huge news for the Braves. Outside of the obvious massive upgrade in talent on offense, that also balances out the lineup that has been very left-handed heavy in his absence and with Austin Riley floundering. As we enter the stretch run and the playoffs, Acuna bringing a huge bat back to the lineup and protecting some of his left-handed teammates from being vulnerable to endless left-handed bullpen options makes Atlanta that much more secure in the division, that much more likely to secure a first round bye, and that much more dangerous in October.
