Now that we are sure about the base scheme, who is the best fit?

Bosa?

Q or Oliver in a trade down?

Anyone else?

Put on the tape, and tell me there is a better defensive player than Josh Allen, he can rush the passer, he can drop in coverage, he tackles in space, he is great in run defense. This guy is a special player.

I don’t even think Josh Allen is better than Brian Burns, despite being projected to go at least 10+ higher spots than him.

As far as the answer to OP, Bosa. Can play in either 4-3 or 3-4. Scheme doesn’t matter to him.

Yeah Bosa can play both or draft Q Williams and he's your new Docket

3-4 DEs are usually bigger/taller guys. Aren’t Williams and the Houston kid both about 6’2 and more inside players?

Don’t think you want to draft a nose tackle #1 overall.

How do we know if BOSA can lineup as an OLB in a 3-4?

if Bosa can play DE and we can bring him, Jones and hopefully a fully recovered Golden off the edges, those three guys can wreak havoc on a QB making up a little for whatever holes we have in the secondary.

If people really think Bosa can be great as DE, I don't see any reason not to take him. Don't trust Keim to trade back and pick anyone who's not a consensus stud at this point, so I'd rather stay put and see what's what with Bosa.

Plus I wouldn't waste a #1 overall pick on a 3-4 DE.
