Bayern duo named in the Champions League Team of the Season
UEFA's Technical Observer Group have announced their 2025/26 Champions League Team of the Season after Europe’s premier club competition concluded on Saturday, when Paris Saint-Germain beat Arsenal on penalties in the final.
German double winners Bayern Munich, who were beaten by PSG in the semi-finals, have two players included in the team, namely Michael Olise and Harry Kane.
Winners PSG, meanwhile, are represented by five players: Nuno Mendes, Marquinhos, Vitinha, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembélé.
2025/26 Champions League Team of the Season:
David Raya (Arsenal) – Marcos Llorente (Atletico Madrid), Marquinhos (PSG), Gabriel (Arsenal), Nuno Mendes (PSG) – Michael Olise (Bayern Munich),Declan Rice (Arsenal), Vitinha (PSG), Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (PSG) – Ousmane Dembélé (PSG), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich)
