Benjamin Karl already had earned the world's attention with his gold medal-winning performance at the Winter Olympics on Sunday.
And then the Austrian snowboarder took his shirt off and flexed.
If Karl didn't seem impressive before, he did now.
Karl had just won the men's parallel giant slalom event on his snowboard.
He was wearing a lot of layers, so stripping to shirtless was a process.
But it was evidently worth it for Karl, who was absolutely fired up:

The giant snowboard slalom is a similar event to what skiiers compete in, racing down a hill, side to side, passing through various gates.
Karl won in the end by 0.19 seconds over Korea's Kim Sangkyum.
And that earned the watching audience quite the celebration.
Karl is 40 years old and is now the back-to-back gold medalist in this event. He also has a silver and a bronze in his career at the Olympics, along with five gold medals at world championship events.
One of his more dedicated fans will have to clue us all in on if this is how Karl always celebrates, or if this one was extra special.
