It has been a waste to bring up Walker. He is not going to see action at 1B. And he has not been able to progress while sitting on the bench and pinch-hitting once in awhile in the Majors.

So many of the D-backs up-and-down moves have been short-sighted. Up and down and up and down. Does Torey have a proactive plan to lift the team from its funk?

To me, power is about hitting line drives into the alley, rather than all-or-nothing power. Popups or strikeouts and a few home runs.

We have solid line drive power throughout the lineup, if only they would take advantage of it.
