Arike Ogunbowale made a 3-pointer to lift her team into a championship game. In a reminder of her clutch 2018 Final Four performance for Notre Dame, Ogunbowale knocked down the winning 3 to lift Mist BC over Breeze BC in the Unrivaled semifinals Monday in Brooklyn, New York.

The sold-out crowd of 18,261 at Barclays Center included UConn Huskies guard Azzi Fudd and NBA legend Carmelo Anthony. Other celebrities in the crowd included Sabrina Ionescu, Issa Rae, Justin Tuck, Sue Bird, Jason Sudeikis, Wanda Sykes, Kelley O’Hara, Ashton Kutcher and league investor Alex Morgan.

Mist had trailed by as many as 16 points in the first half but clawed back to earn a spot in the championship. They will face Phantom, the top seed in the tournament, on Wednesday at Sephora Arena in Miami with a $600,00 prize pool on the line.

Ogunbowale finished with 21 points off the bench including five 3-pointers on her 28th birthday. Breanna Stewart, who co-founded Unrivaled with Napheesa Collier, led the Mist with 23 points, eight rebounds and five assists.

Dominique Malonga had a double-double for the Breeze with 18 points and 14 rebounds.

In the other semifinal, Phantom BC was missing a couple key players. But, even without Aliyah Boston and Dana Evans, prevailed over Vinyl, 83-75.

Kelsey Plum, in her first season in the 3-on-3 women's professional league, had 31 points, including the game-winner for Phantom. She was one of four players in double figures on the team. Kiki Iriafen recorded a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Tiffany Hayes scored 19 and Natasha Cloud 14.

Dearica Hamby had 30 points and Rae Burrell a double-double for Vinyl in a losing effort.
