All-area baseball team loaded with Bucks County area talent

The 2026 Courier Times/Intelligencer All-Area Baseball Team features a plethora of standout players in a spring season in which two Bucks County area schools won PIAA state championships (Neshaminy in Class 6A and Dock Mennonite in 1A), as well as state finalist Holy Ghost Prep in Class 4A.

Here are the selections from our 32 baseball-playing teams (in alphabetical order by position):

First team​

Player of year: Brady Guzzie, Conwell-Egan, junior​

The Philadelphia Catholic League MVP and a repeat first-team pick, Guzzie led the Eagles in batting average (.373), RBIs (21), runs (18), OPS (1.137) and tied for first in hits (22). A Virginia commit, he also went 7-1 with 105 strikeouts, 13 walks and 22 hits allowed in 57 innings, as well as a 0.61 ERA.

P: Keller Bradley, Pennsbury, senior​

A repeat SOL Patriot first-team selection, Bradley was 9-2 with 82 strikeouts and 27 hits allowed in 51⅔ innings and a 2.17 ERA. He set the Pennsbury single-season record with 96 strikeouts in 2025 and earned 24 career victories. Committed to Vanderbilt.

P: Matt Gryn, Neshaminy, senior​

An SOL Patriot first-teamer, Gryn went 9-1 with a 1.76 ERA, 44 hits and nine walks allowed in a team-leading 55⅔ innings. He won three of Neshaminy’s four games in the state playoffs, including the last two. He also tied for the team lead in average (.427) and hits (32). Headed to Lackawanna College.

P: Trent Lutz, Souderton, junior​

A first-team All-SOL Colonial choice, Lutz was 5-1 with 75 strikeouts, 14 walks and 26 hits allowed in 42⅓ innings. Tossed a no-hitter with 13 strikeouts, one walk in a shutout win over SOL Colonial rival Central Bucks West. Committed to Wake Forest.

P: Brady Sell, Archbishop Wood, senior​

The PCL Pitcher of the Year, Sell went 7-2 with 104 strikeouts, 22 walks and 33 hits allowed in 60⅓ innings for the Vikings. A Lafayette commit, Sell (1.04 ERA) gave up just two hits, no earned runs, one walk and struck out 11 in a Class 4A state first-round playoff shutout win over Northern Lebanon.

IF: Lucas Albert, Germantown Academy, senior​

A first-team All-Inter Ac selection, Albert batted .429 with a 1.142 OPS, 42 hits, seven doubles, two triples, two home runs, 31 runs, 14 RBIs, 22 stolen bases and 20 walks for the Patriots, who reached the championship game of the PAISAA Tournament. Headed to Lafayette.

IF: Chase Bonner, Neshaminy, senior​

The two-time SOL Patriot Player of the Year, Bonner led state champ Neshaminy in RBIs (25), doubles (10) and home runs (3) while tying for first in average (.427) and hits (32). He was also 7-1 pitching with 30 hits allowed and 50 strikeouts in 53 innings. Committed to Rider.

IF: Carlton Crane, Pennsbury, senior​

A first-team All-SOL Patriot pick, lead-off batter Crane led the District One 6A champ Falcons in average (.538), hits (43), on-base percentage (.635), walks (23) and stolen bases (19), while also recording 11 doubles and scoring 43 runs. Committed to Rider.

IF: Brandon Lall, Neshaminy, senior​

A first-team All-SOL Patriot choice, Lall batted .385 with 30 hits, 24 RBIs, 19 runs and five doubles for state champion Neshaminy. A three-year starter, he had nine multi-hit games, highlighted by three hits in a win over Council Rock North, and eight multi-RBI outings. Committed to Monmouth.

OF: Chase Cavallaro, Archbishop Wood, senior​

A first-team All-Catholic choice, Cavallaro batted .419 and led the Vikings in hits (36), runs (29) and doubles (11). Also had 19 RBIs. His three-run homer propelled Wood to a 3-1 PIAA 4A state quarterfinal victory over Bellefonte. Committed to Chestnut Hill College.

OF: Cole Guy, Bristol, senior​

A four-time BAL Independence MVP and repeat first-teamer, Guy led the Warriors in average (.660), home runs (10), RBIs (46), OPS (2.347), runs (38), hits (33) and triples (4) while striking out 46 in 28 innings as a pitcher. He set six school career records and reached 100 career hits. Headed to La Salle.

OF: Ethan Kratz, Dock Mennonite, junior​

A first-team All-BAL selection, Kratz led Dock in average (.541), hits (33), runs (30), triples (7), home runs (4) and OPS (1.711). He had a homer, triple and two RBIs in the Pioneers’ 5-3 PIAA Class A championship game win over Eden Christian. Committed to Monmouth.

OF: Eddie Rosado, Holy Ghost Prep, senior​

A repeat first-teamer, lead-off batter Rosado led the Firebirds in average (.463), OPS (1.545), hits (37), home runs (8) and runs (44) and tied in triples (4). Set school career hit record (111) with two in the 4A state final, surpassing head coach Greg Olenski (110). Committed to St. Joseph’s.

Baseball team of Year: Neshaminy named Bucks County high school baseball team of year

OF: Caden Schmidt, La Salle, senior​

The Catholic League Offensive Player of the Year, Schmidt led the PCL championExplorers in batting average (.471), hits (33), RBIs (28), runs (32), doubles (9), home runs (5) and OPS (1.438). A repeat first-team choice committed to Seton Hall, he had 11 multi-hit games.

C: Ty Lee, Pennsbury, junior​

A first-team All-SOL Patriot pick, Lee batted .427 with a team-leading 36 RBIs, 38 hits and eight doubles. He had three hits, including a double and triple, and three RBIs in a 12-7 district semifinal victory over Neshaminy. Helped the Falcons to a school-record 24 wins.

DH: Matt Evans, Holy Ghost Prep, senior​

Evans batted .440 with a 1.311 OPS, 33 hits, team-highs in doubles (10), RBIs (33) and was tied for the team lead in triples (4), plus had three home runs. He went 3 for 3 with two doubles and three RBIs in HGP's PIAA 4A playoff-opening win over Northwestern Lehigh. Committed to DeSales.

Utility: Reed Curtier, CR South, senior​

A first-team All-SOL Patriot selection, Curtier went 5-0 as a pitcher with 63 strikeouts, 22 hits allowed and a 1.50 ERA in 42 innings. Became the CR South career strikeout leader with 209. A Notre Dame commit, he also batted .338 with 22 hits, two triples, 14 RBIs and a .913 OPS.
