Aaron Rodgers, Roman Wilson connection looks impressive at Steelers training camp

The connection between Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Roman Wilson continues to steal the show at training camp.

On Day 2 of training camp, Wilson continued to earn more targets from Rodgers, with Penn Live's Nick Farabaugh pointing out that he's been the most targeted receiver through two days of practice.

Wilson, who was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft, didn't find much success during his first two years in the league, recording just 166 yards and two touchdowns on 12 catches.

Things appear to be trending in the right direction for Wilson, however, as the receiver looks like the clear favorite in the WR3 positional battle with rookie Germie Bernard. A Year 3 breakout could be in the works if Wilson continues to build off his early hot streak with Rodgers.
