Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has now appeared on the Jacksonville Jaguars' 2026 NFL schedule.
Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers have reportedly agreed to a one-year deal for the 2026 season. Rodgers will reunite with his former head coach Mike McCarthy.
This news didn't come as a surprise, but it is now official. The Jaguars will face Rodgers and the Steelers in Week 14 on Monday Night Football -- a game that will be played in Jacksonville.
This will be Rodgers' second season with the Steelers. Last year, he completed 65% of his passes for 3,468 yards with 24 touchdowns to eight interceptions. The Pittsburgh offense ranked 17th in points per game.
The Steelers finished the season 10-7 and were the winners of the AFC North. They would lose in the AFC wildcard round to the Houston Texans.
Rodgers and the Steelers' offense will have to contend with a Jaguars' defense that was the best in football against the run last season under defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile, and a unit that ranked ninth in points per game allowed.
