The San Francisco 49ers will have left tackle Trent Williams in action for their wild card matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
Williams has been dealing with a hamstring injury he suffered on the 49ers' first offensive play against the Chicago Bears in Week 17. He missed the club's regular season finale vs. the Seattle Seahawks and then was limited in practice Thursday and Friday before officially being listed as questionable. He tested his hamstring pregame and was able to suit up.
Here is the team's list of inactives, which includes a handful of starters:
Pearsall was a longshot to go after not practicing throughout the week. He continues to deal with lingering issues stemming from the knee injury he sustained back in Week 4.
Winters and Gifford both tested their respective injuries with on-field workouts before the game, but neither was able to get themselves ready to suit up.
In a bit of good news, neither cornerback Renardo Green nor defensive end Keion White are among the inactives. They were both questionable with lower body issues. Green tweaked his ankle Friday and was limited in practice after not showing up on the practice report all week. White had a groin injury leading up to Week 18 and then dealt with a hamstring injury. He was limited Friday as well and was questionable entering Sunday.
