NFL free agency is really just a quick wave of signings that eventually slows by the first Thursday of the new league year, with the remaining signings usually coming in slowly and in small numbers. Teams around the league are preparing for the NFL draft, and as roster reshaping begins, the onus will be on improving through the selection process, while saving the late portion of Free Agency for under-the-radar signings that teams hope will develop into quality signings with huge dividends.
Voluntary offseason workout programs are fast approaching, and should kick off for Philadelphia in Mid-April. OTAs are intended to provide training, teaching, and physical conditioning for players. As per Article 21 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, each club's official, voluntary nine-week offseason program is conducted in three phases that'll take the team into the early summer before training camp.
With the off-season rolling along, we're looking at five bargain free agents the Eagles could sign.
Depth on the offensive line is incredibly important, and the fourth-year veteran is a solid player when healthy. The 27-year-old appeared in just six games for the 49ers in 2025 and started two of them. Bartch earned a 71.7 overall grade, 69.7 run-blocking grade, and 65.4 pass-blocking grade from PFF in his appearances.
Hear me out, because the criticism is coming. Reddick hasn't been as impactful since departing Philadelphia and had his best season playing in this system. In 2022, Reddick was second-team All-Pro and finished fourth in NFL Defensive Player of the Year voting by logging 16 sacks and an NFL-high five forced fumbles. Reddick could flourish under Vic Fangio as a situational pass rusher.
Joe Noteboom started 35 games for the Rams from 2018 through 2024 before playing in 10 games with one start last year for the Ravens. Notebook would provide a versatile veteran with 1,383 snaps at left tackle, 494 at left guard, 444 at right tackle, and 180 at right guard.
The pass rusher spent his first four seasons in Tampa with the Buccaneers. Tryon-Shoyinka has never produced more than 5.0 sacks in a single season and logged only 2.0 in 2024. The former Washington first-round pick only played 142 snaps in 2025.
A special teams standout, Wallace participated in 13 games last season, recording four receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown on eight targets.
