TPU I'd recommend drying before use. Also double check with your printer's feed system if you have to handle it differently. Like with mine I can't run it through my AMS, I have to direct feed it. The material is too soft for some of the feed gears inside the AMS.
The advertising for this says "Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 can print TPU, thanks to its high-temperature hardened steel nozzle, enclosed chamber, and advanced filament control system." However, yeah....I better check some user forums.

Printing itself is fine. It's making sure you feed it the correct way. Looking at the design of your printer I think it's ok to treat it like any other material. I wanted to give a heads up incase there's some extra gearing in the part that handles the different colors. That's where the sticking point is in mine. I can't use the multiple color feeder and have to feed it directly for TPU.

I confirmed with some others on the forum that basically my printer was built to handle TPU. Just have to make sure I have the right profile, and they recommend 95A or Rapid 95A only. I didn't even know what "95A" meant or to look for it until I asked. Still learning.

95A is the hardness of it. TPU comes in different hardness/softness ratings. Some are more like the harder rubber tires on kids toys while others are more like a gasket on a lid. Different use cases. The softer it is the more careful you have to be with it. The extruder gears can dig in too much.
