While yesterday’s results lacked any bracket-busting upsets, there were more than enough memorable moments to go around. From England’s Harry Kane-inspired come-from-behind victory over DR Congo to Belgium’s Added Extra Time victory over Senegal, and culminating with the United States’ win over Bosnia, which included another round of everyone’s favorite trivia game, “What is a red card, anyway?”, Wednesday’s action may be difficult to top.
Thursday’s fixtures feature a quintet of European clubs, some aging legends, and an Algerian side looking to change AFCON’s fortunes.
