I also have the feeling our scouting department has gotten better. We could have used these guys and girls earlier though. Could have had D'aron Fox instead of Josh James or whoever we picked after Boston selected Jason Tatum.

Maybe they would have gone with Dôncic instead of Ayton. Who knows. Too bad we can't improve the team through the draft this year. Thanks, James Jones and Bobby Saver. Thanks a lot!

The Suns do have a 2nd round pick in the 2026 draft and two available first round picks available to trade come draft day if they wanted to go this direction.

For a moment I thought it was going to be a "Thriller" type of video like Michael Jackson did.

OKC is just crazy.

They have the MVP and 3 other all stars in Holmgren, Jaylen Williams, and Ajay Mitchell. They have another guy in Jared McCain that might have all star level talent.

They have perhaps the 2 best role players in the league in Hartenstein and Caruso. And 4 more really good role players in the other Jaylen Williams, Dort, Cason Wallace, and Isiah Joe.

As if that was not enough they have the most picks of any team for the next 5 years.

I really don't see anyway this team can be stopped for years other than self destruction.
Don’t forget poor Andre Wiggins who had a great season last year including two games in the finals vs. Indiana where he scored in double digits and played great defense!

Dylan Harper is showing out in the playoffs. Still can't believe how bad Rutgers was with 2 lottery picks on the same team in Harper and Bailey

Come on Sterns! Kick those lousy wolves out of the playoffs. Hope to see some good games between OKC and Spurs. Rooting for the Spurs so probably OKC will make it through.

Epic choke by Detroit up 9 with 2 1/2 left and lost it in Ot. That said the refs didn't do them any favors, Thompson with a steal is clearly fouled by Allen with time on the clock at the end of regulation and they didn't call it. I assume they will say it's incidental contact on a loose ball but he literally knocked him out of bounds.

Detroit has a real issue they're just not getting anything from Duren, the 2 bigs for Cleveland have completely neutralized him

The only good news for Detroit is it sounds like they might get healthy for game 6. Robinson missed game 5 with a sore back, they expect him to play in game 6. Stewart played limited minutes with sore knees sounds like he'll be able to play more in game 6. Huerter has missed the last 7 games with a thigh injury but there's a chance he plays, he went through a full shootaround. Javonte Green didn't play in game 5 not sure why he's apparently listed as healthy.

They pulled out the Magic series from behind but Cleveland is going to be much tougher

NBA says there was no foul in the play at the end of regulation where Jarrett Allen trips Ausar Thompson. Says both players were legally moving to the ball at the same spot, both lost their balance due to the collision.

The only way it's not a foul is if you go by the old definition of advantage gained because you can argue if Thompson gets the ball is he really going to be able to get a shot off? If not is there an advantage since by the time he gets the ball the clock will be at 0.

I wish they had said that instead of the way they worded it

Playoff officiating has been pretty rough. There is so much holding and hand checking in every game. It’s out of control.
