How they decide what's a foul has me mind boggled. KAT just holds Wemby the entire play every possession and they call him on it maybe twice a game. Even the announcers are calling it out

They just do everything right. Definition of winners know why they win, they play to their system they trust it they don't panic. They know where everyone is going to be on offense and they trust on defense the help will be there.

really hard to watch terrible internet and feed kept freezing but that was a great game.
Champagne came up big when needed and Castle was huge. If Harper ever gets a reliable 3 point shot he's going to be a perennial all star he's so good for his age. He's even become a solid defender already

We knew it was a bad idea after game 2 when the Knicks fans in attendance started shouting Knicks in four. Suns fans have been there, done that.

I see a lot of complaining online about the 4th quarter officiating and I think it's rubbish.
The Knicks put the spurs in the bonus in the early minutes of the 4th with a lot of REALLY obvious fouls in dumb situations, like brakeaways and lobs. Now, the Spurs are in the bonus, the game stayed physical on both sides, the foul call disparity was only 21-23 on the night, the Knicks problem was they played so aggressive in stupid situations that the Spurs spent basically the entire fourth in the bonus.
IMO, the big swing in this game compared to game 2, is the Spurs took care of the ball. They had a bonkers amount of live ball turnovers in game 2, it was like watching a whole team of Kevin Durants, making lazy passes in traffic, bad passes for fast breaks over and over.
Great series so far, two cagey teams that play tough.
I don't know what happens in game 4, but Spurs to win, at home, in game 5 is my bet of the year.
If I am the Knicks, I'm really worried right now. Bridges always maintains his hustle but he gets real gunshy on offense in big moments. Towns is the biggest front runner I've ever seen, if this thing starts to turn I can totally see Towns turtling up and both evaporating on offense and letting Wemby smoke him on the other end. Tip my hat, Towns played great D the first 2 games but tonight he got roasted and it affected him on both ends.

I don't think the Knicks give the Spurs a big lead early. And the third period start was terrible
You need to execute in football and basketball. No excuses to come out slow and after halftime
