Luketa is a relentless run-defender who has good shock in his hands, locates the ball quickly and chases with outstanding effort. While he has been disruptive as an edge rusher, he recorded half a sack in four seasons at Penn State. He struggles when offensive tackles lock onto his pads, and he needs to continue to develop his array of moves. -- Steve Muench

The kid can tackle, that’s for sure. He’s depth & might be a good special teams guy. As you all may have noticed, we draft someone from PSU almost every year because of Keim’s roots. He has many close friends at PSU. This kid has a great motor & doesn’t miss tackles.
