.@PhoenixMercury fall to the Seattle Storm in preseason opener, 73-69. The Mercury will play one final preseason game at home on May 12 against the Storm at 7 pm inside Talking Stick Resort Arena.

If we're going to challenge for another Championship, we know what to expect from our two All Stars, DT and BG.

And we appear to have the makings of a good balanced team with solid backup for Brittney.

But the difference maker is once again DeWanna Bonner. Ready to step in and lead the team when needed and provide solid backup otherwise.

So this is the depth chart at my best guess:

Briann January/ Leilani Mitchell
Diana Taurasi/ Yvonne Turner/ Imani Wright
Dewanna Bonner/ Stephanie Talbot
Sancho Lyttle/ Camille Little/ Emma Cannon
Brittney Griner/ Marie Gulich

I could see Alexis Prince or Alex Harden getting that last roster spot instead of Wright. Raisa Musina and Angel Robinson would be the other possibilities to make the team in the front court. This is a very deep roster this year!
