Fourteen players from the Mid-Hudson were named large-school all-state girls basketball as selected by the New York State Sportswriters Association.
Roy C. Ketcham senior guard Ally Kaminsky was named fifth-team for Class AAA and junior guard Nalyah Campbell of Marlboro made the fifth team in Class A.

The players of the year were Julia Scott of Albertus Magnus (Section 1) in AAA; Annabella Day of North Tonawanda (Section 6) in AA; and, Ella Trinkaus of Utica Notre Dame (Section 3) in A.
