Micah Parsons is hoping to make his return from injury in time for the Green Bay Packers’ Week Six clash against the Dallas Cowboys.
The pass rusher’s 2025 season came to an end after tearing his ACL, but it was still a strong return on his opening year in Wisconsin.
Parsons was able to provide the Packers with 12.5 sacks and 41 total tackles before suffering the injury.
The 27-year-old has been in and around the Packers’ training camp this offseason and has been providing an update on his recovery to the local media.
Having been traded for two first-round picks and a player, Parsons has a lot to live up to in Green Bay following his blockbuster move.
However, he is already setting the tone by warning the rest of the league about the quality of player they will be facing when he does return to the field.

Micah Parsons issues NFL warning as he shares Green Bay Packers injury update
Parsons has established himself as one of the league’s top players on defense, but he has also proven himself to also be one of the most vocal away from the field.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Parsons claimed it is going to be scary season for the rest of the league when he’s back in action.
“People are worried about the knee. They should be worried about how I’m gonna play when I get back,” he said.
“The anger, the frustration, the things that I’m about to let out because of how long it’s been since I’ve played. So I think that’s what people should really worry about. How great is Micah gonna be when he gets back? Not about when I get back because that’s the short term.”
The ACL tear suffered in December was the first significant injury of note during Parsons’ career in the NFL.
Through his opening five seasons in the league, Parsons has already been able to rack up 65 sacks across his time with the Packers and the Dallas Cowboys.
He is undoubtedly one of the scariest defensive weapons for teams to come up against in their schedules.
With the mentality shown during this interview, it is not hard to imagine that Parsons would be pushing with all his being to return in time for the Cowboys’ visit to Lambeau Field.
