A.J. Brown has been going out of his way to make it known that he is extremely happy following his trade from the Philadelphia Eagles to the New England Patriots.
Following months of frustration playing with Jalen Hurts as his quarterback, the 29-year-old has finally reunited with Mike Vrabel.
The Super Bowl runners-up will be hoping to go one better than they did last season, with an intense training camp planned.
Brown is set to face the Eagles in a joint practice later this month ahead of their preseason friendly.
There is rarely anything friendly about joint practices, with tempers and emotions often getting the better of the players.
However, Brown has admitted his past with the Eagles is not going to distract him from what he needs to work on this summer.

What A.J. Brown said about facing the Philadelphia Eagles in New England Patriots joint practice
Eagles fans have criticized Brown this offseason for some of his comments on the back of leaving Philly for the New England Patriots.
Brown has been vocal this offseason about his move away from the 2024 Super Bowl champions and he has now spoken about his reunion during the upcoming joint practice.
“It’s not a game. It’s practice. I’m out here crafting, and I’m just going to leave it at that. It’s just practice,” Brown told the NFL Network.
“I’m not harping on whether I catch a touchdown or if someone knocks the ball down. It’s practice, I’m crafting, and the only thing that speaks to me is the craft and what I need to do better. Anything else is irrelevant.
“Obviously, you all are excited, but there is no revenge on my part. It’s not like we won a Super Bowl. It’s nothing but love, but that’s practice.”
Brown spent four years with the Eagles, during which, as he said, he was able to get his hands on the Super Bowl trophy.
However, his time in Philly did end with a slightly sour taste as he made it clear he was not satisfied with his role in the wide receiver room.
The Eagles camp is said to be a lot quieter after Brown’s exit, with the constant speculation over his departure now a thing of the past.
Brown made it clear there would be no bad blood between him and the Eagles during this month’s joint practice, but let’s see when the time rolls around.
