    Suns Defense Appreciation Thread

It's rare to see a Suns team that can get big stops and play strong defense. Their ability to close out on shooters and create pressure on shots has been consistent. I think their acquisitions of Crowder and the development of Bridges has been key. Ayton is a good defensive presence down low...

Markieff Morris: The Better Twin for Once

Who else is impressed with Morris this year? Impressive perimeter game along with a pretty good post game, good rebounding, he's poised to have a big year and it doesn't look fluky. I'm excited to see his progress this season.

Should the Suns sign Iguodala or JR Smith?

Food for thought.. Either of them would probably knock us straight out of the Wiggins race & I don't see much gain in signing either of them. What do you guys think?

    Suns V. Lakers Game Thread

Blow out in 3...2....1 Only way the Suns could win this is if they have a great shooting night, they seem to be hot-cold so I doubt they can get great shots against the Lakers team. I smell a blowout.

    Suns play

What is that play the Suns run when Dragic goes over to the wing of the three point line and passes to Gortat who is also at the 3 point line? What a useless waste of time. There are some plays that just takes the ball out of Dragic's hands which makes no sense. If you are planning on turning...

    Nash: Do you miss him?

As a long time Nash fan it was tough to see him go. Goran Dragic's play on the court has made the post-Nash era much easier to deal with. I don't miss Nash and watching Dragic run the point has been fun (especially the defense). What about you guys?

    Defensive Awareness: Beasley

I think this gif is a great example of why Beasley is a seriously flawed defensive player. I will say that Scola should have guarded Bosh on this play (he looked like he thought Chalmers was passing it to Lebron for the 3) first and foremost and Gortat should have prevented Chalmers from...

Who else is excited for the new Suns era?

They might not be the strongest team in the NBA but there's a lot of youth with promise. I'm very excited to see Goran Dragic in a starting role with no looks over his shoulder to see Nash getting ready to check in to the game. Suns management has done the job this offseason.

    Goran Dragic back in Phoenix

As ESPN reported, Goran Dragic agreed to a 4 year, $34M deal with the Suns. Rockets decided that was "too rich" and let him go, source says. https://twitter.com/#!/WojYahooNBA So... why did we draft Kendall Marshall again?

    Shannon Brown - Starting Caliber?

I know we've all had our moments with Brown. He started off the season like utter garbage but now he's coming into his own with the Suns offense. His confidence on the court is fun to watch and he is one of the few Suns who can create his own shot (Redd is the other guy). Last 3 Games...

    Jared Dudley - March Madness?

18.6 PPG 7.9 RPG He's really stepped up into the role as a starter and he's also doing well finishing at the rim and shooting from the perimeter. He looked like a bench player at the start of the season but he's becoming a pretty good starter.
