This is not final. They still have a site in Illinois. Most likely a negotiating tactic to get more money from the state.

We should demand Congress pass a bill that teams have to be called the name of the place they play. Hammond Bears. New Jersey Jets and Giants. Santa Clara 49ers. Inglewood Rams.
