I have a feeling with Ott's contract is up, he is going to be a hot commodity in the league unless the wheels fall off. His 4 year contract at 2 mil per years seems like a damn bargain. In comparison; Kerr 17.5M, Spoelstra 17M, Lue 15M, Malone 12M, Rivers 11M, Thibodeau 11M, Carlisle 9M, Kidd 8.5M, Nurse 8.5M.
Mat will pay him

I’m changing my pick. We will make the playoffs as the 8th seed. Subject to change depending on if the Clippers can keep up the momentum

Nah, the clippers are making me nervous. None of the other bottom teams do.

I’ll be to the moon if we can get a higher seed.

This will sound like “loser” talk but I’m happy how this season turned out. I’m just enjoying the show as the season goes on.

Will it surprise me if the Suns lose two play in games..nope. Will it Surprise me if the Suns win a playoff game against the Spurs/Thunder? Yup.

Good season guys. I hope more happy endings are to come! Cheers!

I feel similarly. I am not in any way disappointed with this team or this season. Sure, there have been some very disappointing outcomes but this team is still fun to watch and cheer for.

Agreed across the board.

My biggest anxiety with this team right now is about the offseason. Who can we keep and who is going to walk? I'm looking specifically at Goody, Collin and Mark Williams.
gotta keep collin and goody

crazy year but i still contend the injuries were blessings in disguise - would have been nice to get a better seeding maybe even win a series but no matter what happens in the playoffs i think we can build off it - this is a everything happens for a reason kinda year for me

we've seen every lineup imaginable and then some except for the one that should have started - book jalen brooks oneale williams and we may never see them play together

who knows right? teams that stay together win together and we're just getting started - let's be thankful for the start

Agreed with all the previous few posts. The good news is if we don’t keep everyone together it won’t be because the owners cheap. If it’s salary cap or gaining flexibility or an opportunity to build I just hope the decisions will be smart ones. But won’t be because it’s too expensive. That’s a relief.

I agree with you guys. It's been a FUN year to watch! Especially after the last couple years.

And to add on, we found a few young exciting players to follow and watch develop. And I'm not giving up on Dunn yet. I watch him a lot while he's on the floor and imho he's playing better than most people think. Just needs to keep working on his shot, and his handles. I love seeing him and Fleming on the court together, it's an interesting frontcourt from a defensive perspective.

As I said in my first prediction we get swept in the first round.

However it would not surprise me if the Suns stretched out this series to 6 games.

Barring a disaster off season. I'm calling my shot and say they will win more games next year.
I'm holding my water until we see the draft, possible trades, and what they do with the mid level exception. We have some options, even if they are smaller in scope. On the other hand, we will have this coaching staff heading into a second season. Continuity could be a big factor.

Barring a major trade, Jalen or Book, I believe we'll finish similarly in the conference. Wins are hard to predict and not as relevant. Some years 50 wins takes the West and other years it isn't enough for the playoffs. We'll likely be 7th in the West and back to the play-in.
