The story about DHop is nothing other than DHop the moron saying more dumb things.

This isn't slander though. Slander is spoken. When it's written it's libel. Sorry, had to pull a pedantic BIM like correction.

It's going to be hard for Keim to go after DHop for either slander or libel though because he's a public figure. The bar for it is much higher when you're a public figure than when you're not one. If DHop had said it about any of us we'd have a much higher chance of winning than what Keim has.

what he does have is the right to protect what reputation he does have. good or bad....and hell, one might think a guy with a crap reputation might even work harder to protect what few positives he actually has left.
