Depending on the game it could’ve been 3-4 different guys. I’ve always thought Koa was a football player playing basketball.Who was the best player on the UOFA team this year? Burries or Peat?
So we got Isaiah Livers?

agreedI'd be interested in exploring other big men on two-way contracts that have more upside potential.

This video gives a good size comparison of Koa Peat to Oso Ighodaro.

Oso is small but more explosive. Idk how to describe it but Peat jumps heavy or slow.
There are all kinds of potential outcomes for this. A lot depends on his work ethic. And maybe we get lucky and he has a late growth spurt... it's not impossible at 19.physically, he reminds me of Barkley. and considering he's only 19, that's exactly the way he could go. if we're lucky he might add an inch or two to his height, instead of just 20 pounds to his butt
I really have no expectations. I like a lot of things about him but I really didn't see any improvement from him over the season, it's like we saw every skill he had in that opening game against Florida. And it worries me that I often found myself relaxing whenever Koa went to the bench and Awaka came in instead. Still, Peat was looking like a top 5 pick early in the season so getting him like this is a steal. Hopefully. There are all kinds of potential outcomes for this. A lot depends on his work ethic. On the other hand, if he's lazy and entitled, like you know who... well, that's not going to be good.
koa’s 235-240 lbs already. Size and girth aren’t his issues.physically, he reminds me of Barkley. and considering he's only 19, that's exactly the way he could go. if we're lucky he might add an inch or two to his height, instead of just 20 pounds to his butt
I just saw Avery Johnson compare him to Larry Johnson.physically, he reminds me of Barkley. and considering he's only 19, that's exactly the way he could go. if we're lucky he might add an inch or two to his height, instead of just 20 pounds to his butt
for nineteen the kid is looking pretty smooth.. maybe needs to be more assertive with his power.I really think you are being way to hard on him. He is a 19 year old McDonald's All American who is a good athlete.
His mid range shot looks pretty good in practice actually, check out this vid.

I think this guy could give us something we need, a dude that can box out and score in the paint.
