I think the Steelers make the most sense to spend a 1st rd pick on Sorseby. The 2027 draft is suppose to be incredibly loaded but after this year the Steelers qb situation is worse than ours. Maybe they go after Mac Jones but his ceiling isn't top 10 nfl qb.

I don't think there is any chance whatsoever that he goes in the first round.

My guess is he goes in the 4th or 5th.

I imagine some of them are depends if they need cash..or if they have no respect for various players on their squad
I would imagine that even if it never became known to the public, if teammates ever found out a player was betting the under it wouldn't go very well for that player.

How do people not see this?
Are you all in on beck then? Or you just want to support the worst team in the nfl?

Of the people against- if you have watched his film and think he isn’t the solution then fine you are welcome to your opinion, I disagree- I see someone who could be molded

If you are a nay sayer who thinks a day 2 pick for a potential starting caliber QB is a “waste” of draft capital- I think it’s time to open your own eyes and look at this team who has 2 losers at QB and a 3rd round pick who is far from a guarantee. Tanking for manning is never going to happen and with our strength of schedule we will either be on the outside looking in next off season or trading the entire farm to move up several spots.

It’s a QB league and we don’t have one yet - you have to shoot your shot on any opportunity until you get one. I know a large part of your may disagree- but I know it’s a fact that 32 franchise GMs agree on drafting sorsby

Not all in on any of these guys bro.

Just don’t want us to spend draft capital and resources on an addict that will be in a pressure packed situation right off the bat.

Let some other franchise take this gamble ;)

Honestly?? I agree with you that its a QB driven league..

if we offered a fourth for soresby and got him.. then turned arround and used aprils third overall pick to draft Moore...Im fine with it...honestly...

but somehow someway we need to find the guy...and they need to pull out all the stops until that happens.

But...dont use a pick on Soresby unless your scouting department was already anticipating him being a first round QB come april...

lots of places had him pegged that way...and we need to understand that those projections were based on expected improvements...not on the tape that he has put out...so the guy needs a lot of development...
so we got that question again...do we have the right guy in the building to develop a young QB??
and if we do....
Beck was a better prospect than Purdy.... and Purdy has already lead his team to a super bowl...
so if thats the case why do we need soresby...
and the wheels on the bus go round and round......

This is kinda silly. Beck was a better prospect than Tom Brady, too - so should the Cardinals expect to win 7 Super Bowls with him?

I think he goes to the Jets too. If Monty is truly on the hot seat this year, then I think the Cards put in a 2nd or 3rd round bid for him. But I don't think he is, he had what appears to be a solid draft. I think almost every team will put in a 4th round pick.
