The first two England goals were horrible errors by Croatia. Modric was careless on the penalty. The keeper left his line early on the save. But also kind of a sheepish kick by Kane on the first one as well. Kane did much better on the 2nd.

I really like how England deployed Kane today. They dropped him deep and gave him a lot of options to distribute. Croatia are really dependent on some old players whose best days are long behind them.
