As to CBK and his relationship with his teammates. Judge for yourself if he threw his teammate 'under the bus.'

(This is painfully familiar with a former QB who demanded that DHOP 'take the blame' for an INT.)

More comments on why CBK has some question marks:

Thanks for posting, I read both and think “meh, whatever.”

I don’t know how much hostility there is for Carson Beck as a prospect as much as the already-exhausting Carson Beck as potential starting QB.

I don’t want to hear it from Calvisi.
I don’t want to hear it from Wolf.
I don’t really want to hear it here until camp.

There’s no competitive football reason right now to believe that Carson Beck should be the 2026 Arizona Cardinals opening day starter. Precious little evidence supporting that outside the other options are guys we kind of know as pros.

That’s not good enough for me.

I don’t really care if he rolled up to The U in a Lambo. I’m willing to wait to see him in some competitive pro situations before deciding.

But people thinking he can step right in are out of line with the history. Thirty quarterbacks have been selected in the third round this century. Russ and Matt Schaub were the only guys to become regular starters across multiple seasons. Seven percent chance.

A big stink was made about him showing up at Miami with that Lambo ... but most made it more a jab at NIL culture and a sign of immaturity on his part.
But... jealousy aside... if i could have afforded a Lambo ar 22 I'm pretty sure I would have been sporting a Countache. (Sp?)
What I’m hearing is that there is a maturity issue. There’s also a strength issue and a poise issue. The latter is the hardest to correct.

- Throws teammates under the bus.

- Dead arm

- Questionable football QB

- Got carried by an elite defense & skilled position players. I know Cam Ward wish he had both

Just an incredible way on how to burn a 3rd round pick. Also, the guy is turning 25 this season.

Also, you guys don’t have to love a pick just because this organization made it.

But if someone didn't care for Kyler it had to be "for reasons," like you always said, right? Give me a freaking break.

Be honest real quick.

Are you rooting for Carson Beck because he’s on the the team your root for?

Or

Are you rooting for Carson Beck just to spite the Kyler Murray fanbase?

I don’t have to guess that every Beck post you have made somehow reverted back to Kyler.

Too much truth here.

Why do people want to ruin the kid?

Everyone wanted JB to start last season.
Now they are like 'lETz StArTz dE RoOKiEz'.

JB is the starter for the first games of the season. Lets just roll with that please.

This season is likely another dumpster fire that will hopefully see Monti get the ax.

Clearly, the first option. I am rooting for whomever our next QB will be, whether it is Jacoby Brissett, Gardner Minshew, Carson Beck, or some yet to be drafted QB in next year's draft.

I am an Arizona Cardinals' fan. I don't care about our former QB or "his fans." I would hope they are true Cardinals fans and couldn't care less how Kyler does in Minnesota now that he is no longer on our team.

Beck has been on my radar since I watched Miami vs. Indiana in the title game and I posted on the board, "I could see us drafting Beck."

I haven't missed a Cardinals home game, or Super Bowl, since the team moved to Arizona. Kyler is a pretty small part (pun intended) of the Cardinals history I have witnessed. Glad he has moved on and I am looking forward to this season at SFS.

Some people going to bash the Beck pick more because they are just unhappy people in general. I'm not going to go down that rabbit hole cause I can't make them happy.

Let's get a beer sometime Brian!

I didn't want the Cards to draft Beck & hated it when they did. But now that he's on the team I hope he succeeds & goes beyond expectations.

its the difference between a known ceiling with JB

and the potential (no matter how low) of the high ceiling with Beck

im willing to bet there are Clayton Tune for starting QB posts somewhere

if i were carson beck i'd probably be pumped - i don't think i'd have much of a chance to start on a lot of other squads but we're talking brissett and minshew

both are better day 1 starters but khaman - they've both been backups on a lot of other squads themselves - if i'm carson beck in my mind it's just a matter of time before i prove the doubters wrong and make these guys backups again

if im carson beck my next step is to win the qb #2 slot and prepare everyday like im the starter - win over the lockeroom - be the first in it and the last to leave because im carson f***ing beck

From everything I've read about him since the draft and here in AZ, it sounds like that is exactly what he is doing.

I think his arm is recovering the reports are it's getting stronger. My issue is again we just got rid of a guy that had the perception he's aloof, not a leader etc. And then we draft a guy who has this perception that he's aloof, not a leader and wasn't well liked by the team.

Where could those reports be coming from aside from people invested in it being true though?

Found some non-company clips that aren’t sped up and slowed down. Still looks pretty smooth in drills.
