I admit I like building the oline though the draft vs through FAs on their 2nd contract (who are starting to lose their durability).

But I would have preferred the explosive, destructive, R Mason Thomas with that pick.

I guess we’ll fix the defense next year. :(

I definitely have a Aggie hatred lol
Seriously I just prefer Pregnons bigger nasty mauling strength.

The former Aggie is a fine player though
They are extremely close in size. Pregnon is 6'4" and 314 and Bisontis is 6'5" and 315.

I would have been just as happy had we picked Pregnon.

Im just glad I no longer have to worry about the Guards being too tall for our QB.

Sean Payton always said he specifically sought out short guards to let Drew Brees see the passing lanes, and it got in my head that we werent doing that.

Keep in mind that the FA (Wilkison) started 17 games for Atlanta, last year, and they had a great running game.
Wilkerson fits the zone scheme well. He played well when the Falcons ran zone. But I am more concerned about pass protection. Love is going to be busy in pass pro!
