Taking Love at #3 might not be the best idea on paper but as a fan, I'd be excited to watch him play for the Cardinals.
That’s all Cardinal fans have. We can watch Bailey ”sparkle” for 10 sacks.
We can watch Reese hoping he is assigned a position. We can draft Francis and pray his back doesn’t give out.
We hired what we hope is an offensive Guru. Give him his McCaffery. If we draft Simpson it’s highly probable he is not going to be our starter on day1, and that’s okay.

I took my son to the Draft in Vegas and it was a bucket list type of event. However it was so crowded and we were so far from the stage I wouldn't do it again. Not worth standing in a crowd of thousands just to see some ants on a distant stage. Been there done that! I'm good now.

I make wings every draft day. I used to go to draft day parties, but the Cards ruined that for me when I went to UoP stadium (at the time) to watch them draft Levi Brown over AP.
I remember supporting that decision...I dont recall wanting Brown specifically..but wanting the lineman.. not just for positional value but because we had a serious need at the time
But Im done with that. at least for this year...I want the exciting shiny new toy..I want pizazz...and I also happen to think Love can be special.

I don't think Love can be as good as a top 3-5 RB of all time. I do think he can easily be the best RB the Cards have had. (not super hard to do)

I think a lot of people are way too sure how this draft plays out.

I think this year more than most the variance between teams boards is going to be large. I think we see some guys go much earlier than predicted and some much later.

The top 10-12 guys seem fairly set, but after that I think we see some surprises.

I think the luck of this team is changing. I just have that feeling, this is the first big test of that. This draft has to be huge. i'd rather build for the future at all positions, if you have a QB you really like ok, but we just got out of a relationship on that lol.

Got the eagles fellas coming thru. Firing up some Hot Sausages and the wife's potato salad. Fine beverages. The usual. Love and an OT and a QB in rd 3 or later would be very palat
Philly, reading your posts right now is giving me PTSD, considering your new avatar pic.
OOOOOPH!!! Stout are you a Pens fan??? I had no idea bro!!!

Or maybe it's that we've sucked for so long, I've suppressed my memories of your fandom.

My position is I'd rather draft Love or Bain than trade down.

Anyone else I'm OK with a trade. I'm not a Bailey fan. Reese might turn out great but I'd rather not risk it at 3.

As both will likely be there I guess I'm saying we shouldn't trade down.

I predict a trade down and we draft two mediocre players, one injury prone with hamstring injuries while Reese/Bain, and Love is finna be instant impact pro-bowlers and one will be in thr HOF. Its the Cardinal way.

I'm gonna try get up in the early hours to watch, then struggle through work on Fri

I'm trying to be optimistic, I think we've messed up enough picks over a long period, that there has to be a chance we'll get a top draft soon , we just need some luck. Hopefully that's tonight.

Lets all channel the positive energy.
Mind if I ask what part of the world you hail from?
