I would say we don't have a chance but anytime you have Steph you have a chance.

Even if we somehow pull it out we have no prayer in the next round without Butler or Moody but man tonight was fun to watch.

Be gentle. Drive and kick, drive and kick will be the Warriors game plan.

And they may not even have to pass the ball outside unless they get bored.

Kristaps, Curry, Al and GUI! What a game.

What a crazy game for much of the game I was mad at Santos for turnovers and missed layups, and Al was horrible. And then Gui hit that 3 down 13 and then Al just went ballistic.

I'm old enough to remember being mad when Al's dad Tito picked LSU and not UCLA.

I think Stephs 50 against the Kings was a play in but yeah we have not been good in them.
Nope. That was a Game 7 to beat the Kings in the first round, in Sacto as the 6/7 seed.

they need to put a statue of their gm infront of that arena

Do you not see that the GM who you’re advocating a statue for realized he had a perennial playoff loser on his hand, so he made the move trading Paul George in his prime for a bounty to totally rebuild, which is what most of us have been advocating doing the same with Book?

LOL. Have you not watched the Suns lately? Suns will crumble to that playoff experience.

Warriors had lost 7 of 8 before tonight and the one game they won was the game where the Kings literally threw the game, fouled Seth Curry intentionally and had half the NBA calling for a fine over it.

But after tonight I won't write them off. As Steph said post game they have a bunch of guys who know how to win

Pretty high praise from Kawhi, said it was hard to even get up a shot in the 4th quarter against Draymond. When Draymond hurt his knee he said I thought he'd probably have to go out he was clearly hurting, when he stayed in I thought I could attack him but he got 2 steals after that.

Are the play-in games really playoff games yet or are they the games to decide who is in the official playoffs?

I’ll never understand ppl who think Draymond is/was overrated. His stats don’t mean anything just follow him on the screen.

He isn't an All NBA talent or a max guy but he's managed to make a career playing off of Steph. Without Curry it is fair to question how long he'd have made it in the league. Likely wouldn't have sniffed a starting role much less any accolades.

At absolute best he'd be a Jae Crowder or PJ Tucker without Steph and there's a good chance he washed our entirely. I can't think of another players whose success has been determined by another player like Draymond though. Even Bronny relies on Lebron less.

I guess I like this new play-in format. Without it, we'd be playing the Spurs in the 1st round. But it doesn't allow teams to rest on their laurels. Gives teams that have been playing well to end the season, like the Blazers and Clippers, a chance to move up. (It just so happened that the Warriors turned back the clock as they hadn't been playing that great.) The Suns haven't played great to end the season and now they're fighting for their playoff lives. If they can't win one of two, they don't deserve to be in.

The Lakers have “no expectation of having either [Luka] Doncic or [Austin] Reaves back at any point in the first round" of their playoff series vs. the Rockets, per
@mcten
.

However, the team hasn't completely ruled out the possibility of one or both becoming available, depending on how long the series lasts.

I think its awful.

45-37 team playing a 37-45 team for the 8th spot
42-40 team is the 7th seed
42-40 team is out of the playoffs.

The three games should be a best of 3 between the 9th and 8th seed IF they are very close in win/loss +/- 1 or 2 games.
