My wife caught pneumonia leading up to Christmas. I think she may have watched every single Hallmark Christmas movie in existence while she was down for the count. OK, likely not possible but she gave it the old college try.

P.S. Congrats CHAP!

Yeah, that's not possible considering there are probably over 500 existing Hallmark Christmas movies. Of course, they are basically all the same movie, but still...

Yep, that's why I added that last statement. She did definitely break the all time viewing record for Hallmark Christmas movies in a 4 week period in our house for sure. It's not even close.

Yeah it's pretty amazing the kind of following we have. The When Calls The Heart fans are literally insane.

My wife made me get a VPN so we could get Canadian Netflix to watch the latest season a few years back.

Despite enjoying a lot of Hallmark movies for years now I was hesitant to give the show a try but we eventually did. I'm not sure why it works for us but somehow it did although we never enjoyed it quite as much after losing Lissing's character. But since I don't know any fans of the show other than my wife, I can niether support nor dispute the insanity claim.

I had posted a thread about the Hallmark Enchant event when it was in Scottsdale couple of years ago. Fun event with lights, Hallmark stuff, skating rink, lots of vendors, and local entertainers. They were in 6-8 cities year one, then about the same or less year two. This past year 2024, after two years, they were not in Scottsdale any longer, but they still had 4 or so around the country. We went up to Vegas and took my dad to the one at the Las Vegas Ballpark just behind the Red Rock Casino area. Still very fun and enjoyable. Bonus part was my dad had wanted to go to the ballpark and was able to get some info on the layout and what it was like.

I have a friend that loves at church Hallmark movies. And the movies at least have happy endings. Can't stand sad ones unless they are fact based.

We usually choose our Hallmark movies based on the leads but he's never crossed our Hallmark radar. I know he's in all the Signed, Sealed and Delivered shows but those haven't interested us. About the only thing I remember watching him in and liking was Resident Evil but it sure wasn't because of him. Not that I'm already passing judgement but his film/tv show presence just doesn't appeal to us.

This is from February 20, 2025. He's a solid lead, mostly known for the Signed, Sealed, and Delivered series but he has been in a total of about 20 Hallmark movies.

He has pleaded not guilty. The details sound bad, but we'll likely need to wait for more details. One of the women involved in the dispute was also arrested.

The best thing Hallmark has ever made, LOL. My wife plays it nonstop during the holidays.

Haha the Yule log! We have something like 4 of these. I hated that thing.

We have the original and the Very Happy Yule Log and it was subtly hinted that if I didn’t migrate them from the retiring TiVo to Plex, I would be sleeping on the couch.

Just wanted to say "THANKS" to Chap and the Hallmark Channels. You keep my older sister going, alive and kicking, throughout the year.
