Add Calais and Beachum to jump in when needed and help on the bench and dressing room. Then hope better coaching and less injuries (both highly probable) result in a product worth watching past early October.

Here is last year’s draft. This year the top end quality is lower but our draft position is higher so I think Monti can still find more contributors at positions of need.

I know some of these players only started due to injuries but at least they got some experience. Walter Nolen would have been a solid starter had he been healthy.

I hope better coaching (both teaching and play calling) helps us finish games early in the season so players don’t lose their collective confidence. The team seemed emotionally shaky after they almost blew leads in the first two games then failed to win any of the next five one-score games.

Other than a sweet Cowboy smack down, it was hard to watch anything for the rest of the season other than highlight packages.

Website we’ve never heard of has three of our WRs between 29 and 47.

Monti should include this in his performance review.

That has been the missing ingredient. When you draft players they have to be developed. .. we haven't coached up a player in years. We have actually coached several players down.

We gotta be better. The staff has to reinforce fundamentals daily and drill guys on skills they need to acquire or improve.
It has been total failure in that department..Adams was the only guy improving his players.
