This is a really bad take.. I hoping you are talking about season where he didn’t play the full season. I don’t even have to look at his stats to know that if you avg his production over 17 games it is more than 21 tds projected every season
How is that a bad take? He was mediocre at best as a passer outside of his 2nd/3rd year. Over a 7 year career- you are what your stats are. I’ll give every player in this league a 1 year mulligan due to injury - not 5 out of 7. If you are saying his production these last 3 years would have been top tier talent if he played all 17 games (which it certainly wasn’t) then you are making the argument he is a glass cannon which is almost just as useless

The turning point in Kyler’s career was the Packer game. At that point It seemed the league figured him out. Even we figured him out. Keep him in the pocket and he can’t beat you.
He will have some good games wherever he lands. But eventually his limitations will rise to the top.
That season was pretty special up until that point. K1 was huge reason for that.

Six teams are open to adding QB Kyler Murray per @RapSheet

Vikings, Jets, Dolphins, Steelers and Rams.

Rams are likely the favorite if Kyler is willing to sit a year.

Another worst nightmare scenario.
I can’t even imagine what someone like McVay can cook up with K1.

Lord help us

Isn't that also part of the problem he never plays a full season
Agree that’s a problem 100%… but when on the field let’s not diminish the production to our liking. When playing a full season his total TD number were 26-36 total TDs a far cry from 21 TDs… probably is he only played a full season 3 times and was never a winner here regardless of how bad a situation I truly believe he was put in organizationally.

We can hate on the guy all we want, but I don’t see a need to skew his stats further just so we can bad mou th him even more. Thats why it’s a bad take.

Kyler is like the antithesis of a McVay QB.
McVay is a great coach and can bring anyone up.
K1 has never had a good coach let alone a great one.

Again, if K1 goes to somewhere like LA, KC, or Minny, and flames out I will have zero issue admitting I was wrong about him.

If he goes to one of those spots and wins double digit games the Cards will have proven once again they are a turd franchise that brings down talent.

Kyler isn't able to play effectively from the pocket, can't stand in and take the hit, and can't play with rhythm/timing in his throws. His game these days is all about scrambling to make plays and hucking jump balls up there, as well as short dump offs. He is the antithesis of what McVay looks for in a QB.

If the Rams had zero interest then this take would be logical but they do so it isn’t.

Don’t the Vikings players know that K1 is short, can’t play from the pocket, and is a mid QB?

How do you know? Just because it's reported don't make it true. No team is willing to trade for him to guarantee his services. That should tell you something. He's a risk, so teams would rather enter a competition for him vs guarantee great talent.

Cards Fans: K1 Sucks

Actual NFL Teams: Imagine what we can do with him at the QB position.

From the guy that said he would be traded to the Jets.

Im the other guy that said he would be released and sign with the Vikes months ago.
