Falls "outside of that 1-4/10-30 range"? So in other words, if it's in the 5-9 range? Why can't sports journalists communicate clearly?

The move means they are in rebuild mode. They wanted the draft picks obviously. Don't know how they can get rid of Kwahi though, somebody would be crazy to take on his huge contract with his knee.
