I am all in on McDermott for the job here, 98-50 regular season record-only 1 losing season & 8-8 in the playoffs. He had a winning season with Tyrod Taylor and Nathan Peterman as his QBs. 27 years experience in the NFL, 9 as a head coach.

I’d take him over Tomlin, McCarthy, Saleh, Morris, Joseph…and any other retread head coaches available.

McDermott would be a great hire. But like Harbaugh probably won’t come toAZ. And him leaving Buffalo just means another more attractive job just opened up.

I’m guessing Klint Kubiak. They’re thinking of you can elevate Darnold to this, then what can you do with Josh Allen.

I don’t think he deserved to be fired but I guess they really want to capitalize on a prime Allen.
