When he first transferred to Oregon he stated he's be fine sitting behind Moore for a season if Moore stayed. We'll see I guess.

Raoila is only 20 but why would you do that - you can't get NFL experience sitting on the bench.

The transfer portal deadline is in two days - the 16th.

I think Miami is still looking for a QB.

Big mistake IMO for him to stay at Oregon.

New transfer rules are bonkers but if I'm not mistaken once you sign a contract with a school you're obligated to be there for 1 year unless the school releases you.

Sorry, ASFnriends, since this news doesn’t change Kyler Murray’s contract it doesn’t help his trade value
No, I specifically remember saying that they spent too much on Kyler. But was told that his contract would be peanuts in a few years. That’s just the way QB salaries are now. Well, it’s been a few years so it must be peanuts right? With the Cardinals picking up a substantial portion of it to boot. If Kyler’s as good as about 8 to 10 posters on here, say he is, the trade market should be alive and well. Heck his contract will actually be cheap to whoever trades for him.

If I said that, probably did, I was wrong. No trade value. Contract too expensive. Kyler market nil

Interesting.

Didn't the QB from Washington just do that? Agree, change his mind, and then decide to stay?

Or maybe we give KM his 8th chance to succeed. Looking forward to the 2027 season.
Maybe he is a female feline and has a couple more lives left! Actually, the way this whole off season has gone so far, Kyler has to come back to make the circus more complete.

We are not going to get a great head coach because there are better teams available. We are not going to get the QBOF because there isn't one available. Whoever we get will be injured before the 1st game of the season because the fitness team will be retained. It's so Cardinals the way this has gone! I'm getting more depressed each day!

No surprise here, who in the world would declare for the NFL Draft when there's a 90% chance of going to the Jets.
Wouldn't it be funny if the Jet's won just enough games to pick number 5 - 7 next year and since Moore "could be" the 3rd or 4th best QB next year, he gets picked by the Jet's (assuming there is a defensive stud or two ahead of him).

Sorry, wrong thread! Oops :)

No, he agreed on a deal with UW, reneged when shady Lane Kiffin came calling and then under threat of a lawsuit sheepishly returned and was like I really love the UW. Total punk ass move.

I would guess with Moore coming back UO would willingly release Raoila from whatever deal he signed. I think I just saw a notice that he has reentered the portal.

That was from a satire account. I haven't seen it anywhere legitimate. Not saying he won't try to get out of Oregon but I think he was genuine when he said he'd back up Moore.

I wish he was coming out this year though, he’s talented.
