this is that book - he's back - toying with defenses trying to double him or switch off ball - the mid range shot forcing defenses to send help - that's when we get open 3s - if they double up top williams is going to the hole aka the bookmark - book hasn't made his team this much better since before chris paul - we're talking bubble book - inviting blitzes and doing the dishes - 9 assists while playing solid defense and rebounding - dtv is more than the defensive captain and coordinator - he's the book opener - all these g-league players playing out of their minds - they're the book makers - jordan ott has his mother****** masters in literature - he runs the book club - if you guys can't tell im kinda happy this morning thanks to basketball

Booker entering the top 100 list led me to check it out. I'm amazed by how many former Suns players are JUST ahead of Devin on that list. Booker only needs to score 400 more points to move to the 90th spot, passing 5 former Suns (Finley, Beal, Nash, Kidd and Marion) along the way.

The last two games, Book has dunked where he normally would lay those up. Something I haven't seen from him in a long time, and something I've been wishing would happen more often.

I noticed it too. And he has looked a little leaner this season so maybe that's helping him elevate and detonate (first and last time I've borrowed that horrible line).

Tom Leander would like a word with you.

Not again!!!

Actually I'm a Leander fan despite not caring for a few of his catch phrases.
Agreed. I think he's a good guy although maybe not a great play by play announcer. He has found his niche as an pregame/in-game/post-game host. Tom and Tom is fun. Plus, he's homegrown, I believe.

I've talked with him at a few Suns games and he's working but comes across as a good guy. The guy is a huge dork though and definitely wouldn't be someone you'd expect to be a sportscaster.

Agree with him finding his niche with the pre/post game shows also. His lame catchphrases are fine when he's doing highlights exclusively.

I just read that he was a point guard at Brophy Prep in his high school days.
