At times that was a little cringy. Actually some tough questions thrown out there. One guy as MB why keep MO and fire JG, and not the other way around based on roster. Another asked about catering to rich clientele with the casitas etc…. MB bristled a little bit at first. None the less today was step one along the process of hopefully climbing out of the dark hole that is Cards football.

Many of us talked about the lack of player development.
That falls on the coaches Monti hired.
So the next head coach and his staff needs to be experienced and not first time positional coach.

I do believe part of our player development has been hurt by scheme.

On offense, Gannon envisioned a run first team offense. When that disintegration we were screwed.

On defense, Gannon envisioned a competent 4 man rush. That didn’t happen and we screamed week after week about blitzing if we have to. More often than not we didn’t. No adjustments.

Hopefully a new staff will get more out of what we already have with any additions to the roster.

For what possible reason would they want to?! The D didn’t suffer near the rash of injuries the O did and was an abomination most of the season.
They were better last year with LESS TALENT. Absolutely mind-blowing to me. Rallis sold so hard, he has to be the worst coach ever to not drive talent to success. Hey, these guys suck..coach em up. OK, did that. Hey, these guys are good, coach em up. Nah, bruh...f them kids. I just dont understand.

Ossenfort asked what he hasn't done well enough in building the roster and dodges.

Ossenfort asked if he's built a roster good enough to win and dodges.

Ossenfort asked about positions he's confident in beyond 3 and bumbles through injuries + offseason talking points.

“MO and I talked last night and determined we needed to go in a different direction.”

Aka: MO told me that JG had enough talent to win and failed to do that. You know MO was selling it last night but still doesn’t have a single pro bowler from 3 years of drafting.

It’s really going to chap me if Payton gets to a Super Bowl with the Donkeys.

Really surprised you're so tough on Monti. It was mostly a JG problem in Arizona.

Now that he's gone we can get the train back on the tracks. We have talent. Still need a QB, but new coach at least gives us a shot.
This is obvious due to all the pro bowlers Monti drafted or signed . . .

Bidwill is so clueless. I’ve seen 62 years of either him or his father. Almost impossible to win on a regular basis with this family owning the team. No sense in getting too excited because the Bidwills will always find a way to screw it up. Wash, rinse, repeat!

This surprising change may account for why I was hearing the rumors I posted earlier that the Cards were re-evaluating Murray. Sad!

Kellan Olson is the best sports reporter in Phoenix. Never homers. Always asks tough questions and gives it straight about Cards and Suns.
