The Cards should 100 percent kick the tires on and sign Diggs. They would only have to pay him peanuts and would get a chance to keep him on a low prove it deal. He's on waivers, so can be got if a few other teams pass. This is a no risk move so of course we won't do it lol

Nice one! I mean, his career might just be completely derailed through injury. Or if he gets healthy, he might return to top form. No risk it, no biscuit, and there is very little biscuit to even risk here.

Cheap to sign...you get to watch him in practice and a game for evaluation. If you decide to not re-sign him, you may qualify for a comp pick when he signs with someone else.
